Hotel Tracker makes easy work of paying for your hotel stay.
How it works
- Make your hotel booking through your company’s nominated Hotel Booking Agent (HBA), Travel Management Company (TMC) or in-house agent and confirm that payment will be made through your businesses Barclaycard Business Hotel Tracker account
- When you check out of your chosen hotel, check and sign the invoice. The hotel will then take the payment through the Barclaycard Business Hotel Tracker account that was notified to them by the TMC/HBA or in-house agent when the booking was made – so you won’t need to do anything
- The hotel will post the invoice to the TMC/HBA or in-house agent.
