Annual summary report

In addition to your monthly summary and cardholder statements, a straightforward annual summary report has been developed to enable you to analyse and apply data from card expenditure quickly, easily and effectively.

This report provides a summary of your company's card expenditure in total during the previous 12 months.

Expenditure is split out between 34 trade categories, showing the total value and number of transactions in each category.

Amongst other things, this report assists your accountant and management to understand where effort should be focussed with suppliers to negotiate better discounts.

Your annual summary report will be sent on the anniversary of your account being opened.
