Complete a cardholder application form for each new cardholder you would like to add to your Corporate Account.

When it is the company and not the cardholder that makes payments directly to Barclaycard Business use this form.

When the cardholder is personally responsible for settling their bill directly with Barclaycard Business use this form.

If you are unsure which form to complete please ask your Account Administrator for help, as we may not be able to process your application if you complete the wrong form.
